Our Process and Quality

At Falcon, we ensure that every shrimp is handpicked from the farms after proper testing and approval for quality norms. The raw shrimps in ice filled boxes are transported from farm to processing unit in sealed insulated vans. Rigorous tests of raw materials are again done at receiving end and is kept in Non-confirmation Zone till approval. At every stage of processing, the QC team maintains strict vigilance and the final product is tested for quality standards and product specification before it is shipped. Falcon Future Ready

Acquired 437 Ha of land for shrimp farming and planning to acquire 400 Ha for fish farming.
25 acres of land acquired for hatchery of 2 billion seed p.a. Four PPCs to be established.

As is often said, ‘Earn your success based on service to others, not at the expense of others,’ so every business should strive for inclusive growth of both the company and the society on the whole for the entire country to benefit from it. And at Falcon, we attest to this binding philosophy.

Our mission-CSR is to strive and give back to society and the environment more than we have extracted from them. It is not just in writing but it is mission critical to us. And as part of our plan to maintain sustainable high-quality products, we have worked on a vast array of CSR activities to ensure a better life for thousands of shrimp farmers in the state, along with our stakeholders. We consciously and constantly endeavour to train and equip unemployed farmers with
financial and technical resources so that they can live independently with an aquaculture job. We practice sustainable production methods to keep the environment unharmed and support livelihood of more than 10,000 families in the state of Odisha alone.

The Falcon Group considers corporate social responsibility to be of paramount importance and it reflects in everything that we do - the way we think and the way we enact our thoughts into veritable application. Our CSR activities are in line with global, national and local conditions, with the underprivileged communities kept at the core, and actions executed in close association with our stakeholders, NGOs and locals as well as national governments. Currently, we have the largest Indian seafood exporter volunteering CSR programmes in the state of Odisha.
