With more than 35 years of industry knowledge, he is at the forefront of day to day operations of the company. His keen eye for detail, quick thinking and excellent workforce management skills have contributed significantly to the success of the company.

Priyanka Mohanty

Executive Director

Priyanka holds the overall responsibility of operations and administration. With her academic prowess and industry knowledge, she adds value to the organization with her professional management of production, purchases, finance, new projects and general administration.

P. Padmanabhan

Chief Operating Officer

With Falcon for more than a decade and with industry experience of more than 25 years, Padmanabhan looks after operations of purchase, processing and marketing. He has authored various SOPs related to food safety and shrimp management. Being well-versed in quality specifications under HACCP, ASC, ISO, BRC and BAP etc, he has helped streamline the QC systems and protocols at Falcon.

Narayan Sahoo

Chief Finance Officer

Chartered Accountant by profession, Narayan takes care of activities related to financial and export operations. He has been swiftly managing overall Finance, Accounts & Audit, Bank Finance & Loan Syndication, US Anti-Dumping Case reviews, Customs, Export Benefits and Statutory Compliance in his 17 years at Falcon.

Sailesh Patnaik

GM, Sales & Marketing

Sailesh focuses on handling the Seafood Exports (Sales & Marketing), keeping a track of the entire process of procurement to final exports along with bills collection. His extensive network and client relationships give an edge to Falcon in terms of sales & marketing, and related operations.
