With more than 35 years of industry knowledge, he is at the forefront of day-to-day operations of the company. His keen eye for detail, quick thinking and excellent workforce management skills have contributed significantly to the success of the company.

Priyanka holds the overall responsibility of operations and administration. With her academic prowess and industry knowledge, she adds value to the organisation with her professional management of production, purchases, finance, new projects and general administration.

With Falcon for more than a decade and with industry experience of more than 25 years, Padmanabhan looks after operations of purchase, processing and marketing. He has authored various SOPs related to food safety and shrimp management. Being well-versed in quality specifications under HACCP, ASC, ISO, BRC and BAP etc., he has helped streamline the QC systems and protocols at Falcon.

Sailesh focuses on handling the Seafood Exports (Sales & Marketing), keeping a track of the entire process of procurement to final exports along with bills collection. His extensive network and client relationships give an edge to Falcon in terms of sales and marketing, and related operations.

More than 18 years of experience in the area of Corporate Strategy, Fund Raising, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Commercial Negotiation, Banking, Legal, Contract Management, Accounts and General Management.

Having 7 years of experience in the area of Company Secretarial Practice, Companies Act, related governance & compliances. Before joining Falcon Marine Exports, she worked as a Partner and Associate in various Company Secretary firms. She is passionate about helping the organisation in complying with statutory requirements and ensure good corporate governance.

He is one of the pivots and an occupier of the company. Dharmesh Nayak is a BA pass out with an advanced degree in law. He has over 6 years of experience and is a meticulous worker.

S K Mahapatra is a MA in Political Science and is a work horse in the organisation. He was the whole time Director with The Dharma Port Company Limited and also holds the designation of a Director with various public and private organisations.

P P Pattanayak comes with more than 35 years of experience in the seafood business. He supervises day to day operations of the organisation and is also a vital link between Falcon and the farmers. His people management skills and eye for detail make him a pivotal member of the board.

M S Mahanty holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering. He has over 4 years of experience in the seafood business and is also an independent director of Patnaik Steels and Alloys Limited.

He is a MA in history and is a senior ex-banker. P C Basa comes with more than 4 years in the seafood trade and is a designated partner in a LLP as well. His leadership skills are truly inspiring.

He holds a degree in law and has more than 4 decades of experience in the seafood industry. Tara Ranjan Patnaik looks after the entire business and has served as the president of CII. Currently he is an Executive Committee member of MPEDA and SEAI and has represented India in various seafood related forums across the globe.

She holds a PGDM degree from XIMB and has a degree in law. She is an ex-employee of Tata Steel and has been a part of the Falcon family for the last 6 years. Priyanka Mohanty adds value to the organization with her professional management of production, purchases, finance, new projects and general administration.

She is one of the lead promoters of the Falcon group having more than 35 years of experience in the seafood business. Rashmita Patnaik is an experienced businesswoman and has a great reputation in her field.

He is an ex-Chief General Manager of SBI and an ex-managing director of GVFL. He is qualified in Assessment Test for Independent Director by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India; Certified Corporate Director & Member Institute of Directors and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (Part I & II) Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Mumbai.
