Falcon Marine Exports takes its quality control measures very seriously which results in our quality control being at par with global standards, covering shrimp manufacturing as well as processing units. Our extremely refined laboratory equipment has been sourced from the world’s leading manufacturers to equip our units with an independent quality control department.

Numerous and myriad quality checks are taken into consideration for each step of processing. Our feed mill laboratory follows ISO 22000 food safety guidelines and has facilities for performing physical and chemical evaluation of the nutritional factors of raw materials, materials that are packed, in storage, in process and also end products. We have employed skilled chemists who have undergone rigorous training procedures to handle the quality control infrastructure.

To make sure that quality is maintained for the entire batch of products produced, we follow strict in-process monitoring practices. We identify the solutions that are innovative for maintaining the quality and the same is implemented for efficient quality assurance procedure.

ISO Falcon Marine Exports Certified for meeting the requirements of ISO 22000:2005 for Seafood Processing of Shrimp in Raw, Blanched and Cooked styles in Individually Quick Frozen and Block Frozen Forms, Food Sector (Fish & Fish Products).
ASC Falcon Marine Exports Certified that its ASC products comply with the requirements of MSC Chain of Custody Standard.
Our processing plant follows several food guidelines to ensure freshest shrimps are provided to customers by evaluating the quality, performing antibiotic test, microbiological tests, water and ice quality test among other tests.
